What's included in a clean?
Our 5-star turnover includes full interior sanitisation, hotel-style bed styling, linen hire, laundry, lawn maintenance, pressure washing, and exterior detailing like window and BBQ cleaning.
How much does it cost to clean my home?
The cost of house cleaning can vary depending on factors such as the size of the property, its current condition, and the specific services you request. At Muscle & Mop, we offer a no-obligation over-the-phone quote to help you determine the cost of your cleaning service quickly and easily. Contact us today to learn more!
Are the cleaning supplies included?
We provide all supplies unless you would prefer for us to use your own.
What time do you offer cleaning services?
You can book a cleaning with us 7 days a week. Typically cleanings take place between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. If you need an earlier or later schedule, please contact support so we can accommodate.
How long does the onboarding take?
We can usually get a property from the initial walk-through to its first turnover within 48 to 72 hours, depending on whether an onboard initial clean is required.
Do I need to be there for the first clean?
Not at all. Most of our hosts provide us with the access or a code. We’ll handle the heavy lifting while you get on with your day.
Can I add outdoor services later?
Absolutely. You can update your services at any time. If the lawns and gardens start looking a bit wild, just give us a shout.
Is there a contract?
We believe our work speaks for itself. We’ve grown to over 20 properties based on trust and 5-star results, not lock-in contracts.
What if I have a new build?
We love a new build. We can perform a post-construction deep clean to get the property guest-ready from day one.
